Requirements
  • Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
  • Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune and MDM.
  • Ability to manage infrastructure through development and automation using tools such as Powershell, Python, Terraform, Ansible and Nexthink.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills needed to independently resolve production issues.
  • Good Knowledge of working with Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android client operating systems.
  • Automation skills in Microsoft Power Automate, Terraform and/or GitHub Actions.
  • Cloud Computing: Understanding and knowledge of AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of SCCM (Configuration Manager) for Windows client devices is a plus.
  • Knowledge of JAMF for MacOS client devices is a plus.
  • AZ-900, MD-102, PL-900 and other Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Management of modern workplace management tools (M365, Intune).
  • Device Management of both Windows and mobile devices using Intune.
  • Create, code and support solutions to automate the creation, management, or destruction of infrastructure, with guidance, actively code against the roadmap.
  • Provide easily consumable services to software development teams to assist in the consumption of infrastructure solutions and partner to implement them.
  • Accelerate application development by building patterns of infrastructure services that are consumed self-service, resilient, reliant and in accordance with Prudential standards.
  • Collaborate with product owners in understanding needs and defining feature stories, tech leads in defining technical design and other team members to understand the system end-to-end and deliver robust solutions that bring about business impact and support the goals.
  • Automate unit and integration test cases, solve problems and add new value with automation.
  • Develop corporate platform standards based on cost, capability and capacity requirements to drive business value; document solutions to support the adoption of developed solutions.
  • Bring an understanding of relevant and emerging technologies, begin to find opportunities to provide input to the team, and embed learning and innovation in the day-to-day.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope in which analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Apply infrastructure fundamentals to Linux/Unix operating systems, database, network and TCP/IP, and common communication protocols.
  • Use programming languages including but not limited to Python, Powershell, Modern languages, Ansible, CloudFormation and Terraform frameworks.
