- A Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.
- At least 8 years of Oracle database administration experience, including experience with on-premises SQL Server and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience.

- Strong scripting skills using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Command-Line Interface, Python, shell scripting, or Perl.
- Experience with backup and all facets of database recovery, including simple restoration and point-in-time recovery.
- Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment.
- The candidate must be able to work effectively with technical staff and management in a global staffing environment.
- The candidate must support operations in a 24-by-7 environment.
- The candidate must be locally located and comfortable working a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remotely.

- Design and implement database architecture on Exadata systems and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Manage Oracle resources on Exadata systems, Autonomous Transaction Processing, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure GoldenGate.
- Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain Oracle Database 19c or later.
- Perform backup and recovery using Recovery Manager, Data Guard, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure-native tools.
- Optimize database performance through SQL tuning, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and Automatic Workload Repository and Automatic Session History reports.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Active Data Guard and disaster recovery environments.
- Migrate on-premises Oracle databases into Oracle Government Cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Resource Manager.
- Implement high-availability strategies, autoscaling, and load balancing.
- Enforce database security policies covering encryption, auditing, access control, and vault key management.
- Manage user roles, privileges, authentication, and identity integration across on-premises and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity and Access Management and Identity Cloud Service.
- Lead on-premises Oracle database migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure using Data Pump, Transportable Tablespaces, GoldenGate, and Recovery Manager backup and restore workflows.
- Manage the Oracle Enterprise Manager environment, including patching and upgrades.
- Analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, implement root-cause fixes, and resolve issues with external and internally developed database applications.
- Perform database cloning operations from production to test and development environments on on-premises and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure autonomous databases.
- Implement data definition language and data manipulation language scripts in support of Scrum application release cycles.
- Automate recurring tasks using SQL, PL/SQL, Perl, Bash, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Command-Line Interface, Python, and other scripting languages.
- Maintain basic knowledge and logical understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and MongoDB databases.
- Assess and suggest opportunities for application and process improvement.
- Promote adherence to departmental and software development standards.
- Promote learning, understanding, and general enablement of the database administration team.
- Set a professional example for the team through model behavior, performance, and attendance.
- Manage Transparent Data Encryption for data at rest and data in transit.

The company demonstrated strong five-year revenue growth of 20% compound annual growth rate and impressive 19.6% annual earnings per share growth over the same period. However, its free cash flow margin declined by 16.6 percentage points over five years, potentially signalling increasing investment needs. The stock currently trades at 10.6× forward price-to-earnings ratio. Verra Mobility's technology aims to modernise a historically manual, paper-based industry through data-driven solutions for transportation services.
Verra Mobility, a provider of smart mobility technology for tolls, violations and traffic enforcement, reported Q4 revenues of $257.9 million, up 16.4% year-on-year and exceeding analysts' expectations by 6.7%. This marked the largest analyst estimate beat amongst 15 electrical systems stocks tracked. However, the quarter showed weakness in profitability metrics, with significant misses on both adjusted operating income and earnings per share estimates. The company's shares have declined 5.5% since the earnings release and currently trade at $15.25. The electrical systems sector reported mixed Q4 results overall, with revenues beating consensus estimates by 2.1% but next quarter guidance coming in 1.3% below expectations. Sector shares have averaged a 10.9% decline since latest earnings announcements.
Verra Mobility fell to a three-year low on Wednesday, dropping 13.52% to $16.18 after missing fourth-quarter earnings expectations. The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.30, below analyst estimates of $0.31. Despite the miss, Verra Mobility showed improvement with net income of $18.88 million, reversing a $66.6 million loss from the previous year. Fourth-quarter revenues rose 16% to $257.86 million. For the full year, net profit jumped 335% to $136.6 million, whilst revenues increased 9% to $918 million, driven by strong performance across services, government solutions and commercial services. The company projects 2025 revenues between $1.02 billion and $1.03 billion, with adjusted earnings per share of $1.32 to $1.38.

The programme allows drivers to opt in at over 100 Locauto rental locations, enabling automatic toll payments and bypassing tollbooth queues. Italy operates one of Europe's largest toll road networks. With the Italian car rental market growing and more than 60 million international visitors annually, demand for electronic toll payment solutions is increasing. Locauto operates its own brand plus Enterprise, National and Alamo through an exclusive partnership with Enterprise Mobility.
