- Conduct one-to-one consultation and coaching sessions using motivational interviewing to build therapeutic connections.
- Perform health assessments and provide members with guidance and education.

- Conduct member follow-ups and maintain accurate, focused documentation of members' progress and needs.
- Lead and develop the team of health coaches and member care coordinators.
