Responsibilities
  • Engage with business leaders, product owners, and users to understand objectives, requirements, and user needs
  • Create intuitive and engaging UX/UI designs for Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations
  • Develop scenarios and journey maps to illustrate user interactions and enhance user experience
  • Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools
  • Utilize your deep understanding of Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to design solutions that maximize platform capabilities
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, articulating design concepts and decisions clearly and persuasively
  • Perform usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience
  • Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce features, UX/UI trends, and best practices to continually enhance our applications
  • Maintain design standards and ensure consistency across all Salesforce applications and components
  • Lead design thinking sessions and workshops to drive innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate mastery of numerous Salesforce products, tools and/or technologies
  • Design Integration Solutions or Integrate software with existing software/systems
  • Possess technical writing knowledge around system design specification and user documentation of software systems and ensure compliance
  • Provides mentorship, coaching and/or training to others as appropriate
  • This role will also have direct responsibility for or will work closely with architects and/or data scientists to ensure code alignment with design
  • Actively document implementations, so others can easily understand
  • Define and lead corporate software strategy for new technology, highly complex features, or significant enhancements for current, new, or major programs
  • Provide, technical leadership to execution teams for development and integration
  • Lead comprehensive design analysis of design solution
  • Lead integration and verification testing of an integrated software build
  • Provide, communicate, and support common best practices among software community
  • Perform as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more platform or application components
  • Actively participates in hiring, development of technical questionnaires, resume reviews and performs interviews
  • Participates in project eligible for patent application

The U.S. Department of Transportation has moved to halt the $5 billion National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program, forcing states to cancel their plans for building electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
