Requirements
  • BS degree in Finance, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 3-7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience, ideally with a strong focus in Financial Technology or related domain
  • Ability to write tests from abstract requirements or Agile Stories
  • Experience working in a successful Agile environment using Agile SDLC tools such as Jira
  • Experience working with test management tools such as Zephyr, Xray, ALM or similar
  • Experience with web service and REST API testing using Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI
  • Relational DB experience in SQL Server or Oracle; ability to write SQL queries
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo or similar
  • Foundational knowledge of Git, GitHub or Bitbucket
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently on a small team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Apply expertise in specific product areas to ensure that Vestmark services meet documented acceptance criteria and client quality expectations
  • Instill QA best practices on your scrum team by leading manual test case development, execution and tracking
  • QA mentorship for non-QA staff on your scrum team to ensure high quality releases
  • Provide feedback on product performance and user experience
  • Participate in all aspects of the Agile SDLC
  • Contribute to the review of product documentation/release notes
