  • Experience running research, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Competence in relevant design and prototyping tools
  • Previous experience leading and growing teams
Responsibilities
  • Design, test, launch, and validate solutions
  • Champion a culture of user-centered design and craft
  • Lead the user experience of products end-to-end
  • Ideate and design complete user flows
  • Mentor and lead the other members of the product design team
  • Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces and work cross-collaboratively
  • Constantly evaluate if we are serving the cardholder and Imprint
