  • 12+ years of creative direction, editorial, curatorial, agency, and/or product marketing experience, with a demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Proven track record of working at agencies and client partnership.

Responsibilities
  • Implement a product strategy that drives growth for Airbnb's Experiences across various regions and experience categories.
  • Navigate and address regional and category-specific challenges and opportunities, maintaining a clear set of decision-making criteria.
  • Work with internal and external partners to shape what is offered on our platform, to ensure we represent cities authentically for travelers and locals.
  • Drive decisions based on demand, brand alignment, and product-market fit.
  • Hold a high standard of quality, with an ability to clearly articulate criteria and reasoning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to craft a clear and concise product narrative.
  • Share creative direction and feedback in a collaborative and supportive manner with internal cross-functional partners, and external partners.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and changing business goals.
  • Foster an environment of curiosity and openness.
