- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to ensure deliverables are met efficiently.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project objectives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong capability in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in coordinating software development lifecycle activities and managing project deliverables.
- Ability to analyze complex project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure quality outcomes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
