Titan Wealth acquires Progeny International for $1.1B assets under advice

Titan Wealth has acquired Progeny International, the international division of Progeny Group, adding approximately £900 million in assets under advice and 13 financial advisers to its international business. Progeny International, formerly part of the Fry Group, operates in Belgium, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai International Financial Centre. The business provides tax-led financial advice to internationally mobile individuals, entrepreneurs and multi-generational families, specialising in cross-border financial planning and wealth structuring. The deal, subject to regulatory approval, forms part of Titan Wealth's long-term international expansion strategy. Andrew Fearon, joint group CEO at Titan Wealth, said the acquisition enhances the firm's global reach across leading wealth hubs.
