A minimum of six years of direct experience as a performance improvement analyst in the government sector, preferably with the U.S. Navy.
Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain Secret clearance.
Knowledge and background in the Strategic Performance Improvement Data Repository (SPIDR) program.
Experience providing customized training resources to meet Sailors' specific needs.
Ability to enhance Navy personnel's skills and readiness through educational opportunities.
Experience supporting Sailors' professional growth to prepare them for their roles.
Knowledge of improving Sailor skills and ensuring readiness for operational demands.
Knowledge of resources that support career progression within the Navy.
Experience providing educational and training opportunities tailored to Sailors' individual needs.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and document SPIDR system, application, and data requirements.
Manage activities related to requirements gathering, project initiation, project tracking, and maintaining IT standards.
Desired Qualifications
A bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare.
Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
