Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Secoda's products and solutions
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives
  • Help shape the product based on customer feedback and prioritize product quality improvement
  • Guide customers through the implementation process and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the product & engineering team
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to educate customers on best practices and features
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stay updated on industry trends
