Synpulse, a management consulting firm for financial services, has partnered with 360F to launch a whitepaper examining how agentic AI can transform insurance product development. The paper addresses why creating insurance products typically takes six to twelve months and demonstrates how AI can compress timelines whilst reducing costs. The whitepaper introduces an Agentic Insurance Product Factory, tested on a live insurance product brief, which generated production-ready outputs including pricing models, underwriting rules, policy structures and technical specifications. The system aims to reduce development time from months to days whilst preserving human expertise for strategic decision-making. "Speed to learning is the one that truly compounds," said Anirudh Somani, Chief Product Officer at 360F. The partnership combines strategic expertise with platform-driven execution to help insurers accelerate product cycles and respond to market needs with greater precision.

Synpulse, a financial services consultancy, has appointed Patrick Becher as chief operating officer to develop its AI-native operating model. Becher, who previously spent nearly 15 years at the firm, returns as Synpulse scales its operations and expands through its Synpulse8 technology division. The appointment comes as the company builds what it calls an "agentic operating model" to embed AI across the organisation. Becher will focus on creating globally coherent working methods whilst maintaining the firm's entrepreneurial culture. Co-CEO Konrad Niggli said Becher brings both strategic clarity and hands-on execution capabilities needed for this phase. The move aligns with Synpulse's recent launch of K8, a generative AI agent powered by PULSE8.ai. The consultancy employs over 1,000 professionals across more than 20 locations.
Synpulse has launched an AI-powered website to mark its 30th anniversary, featuring K8, the company's proprietary generative AI interactive agent. RFO partners to build wealth operating infrastructure for EAMs and MFOs. Raffles Family Office is collaborating with GoUpscale and Synpulse to create Quantive Partners. Raffles Family Office (RFO), a multi-family office, together with GoUpscale, a Singapore-based wealth management content engagement technology firm, and Synpulse, a financial services consultancy and technology firm, have launched Quantive Partners. It is a strategic collaboration to develop an institutional-grade operating platform for external asset managers (EAMs) and multi-family offices (MFOs) across Asia, according to an RFO statement. Quantive Partners will provide EAMs and MFOs with a single, "privacy-first platform" that strengthens data integrity, improves risk visibility and raises team and client engagement, the statement added. The aim is to reduce fragmentation across custodians and provide tools that enable more disciplined, scalable portfolio decision-making. RFO, GoUpscale and Synpulse believe there is an infrastructure gap that is now a material constraint on scalability and decision-making quality in the private wealth ecosystem. Within Quantive Partners, RFO will be the anchor partner bringing the day-to-day realities of a multi-family office into the design so the platform is built around real advisory workflows and governance standards. Chi Man Kwan, group CEO of Raffles Family Office, said: "As an MFO ourselves, we face the same challenges - multiple custodians, multiple portfolios, and rising expectations for transparency and control. Too much time is still spent reconciling data and managing fragmented tools." GoUpscale will develop the research and intelligence layer, embedding structured insights into portfolio processes rather than treating research as a separate output. Dominic Gamble, CEO and co-Founder of GoUpscale, added: "Sales enablement in wealth management hasn't kept pace with how advisers and clients actually consume information today. This partnership...is about giving relationship managers and clients the tools to turn insight into action at scale." Synpulse will translate the shared blueprint into a financial services-grade platform, leading architecture and implementation to ensure it is secure, scalable and integration-ready across markets and custodians. Yves Roesti, managing partner and CEO of Synpulse Group, said: "Through this strategic collaboration, Fundselectorasia is able to bring institutional-level strength to the private wealth space powered by deep expertise and a collective drive to help clients move smarter and faster.
