  • Proven hands-on experience in analyzing processes and driving operational improvements
  • Ability to visually represent complex workflows
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Solid working knowledge and experience using and applying process improvement best practices/techniques, Lean Six Sigma, and project management skills in a structured project environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and software applications supporting process flows

  • Drive current state process documentation and discovery
  • Design future state processes in partnership with process owners
  • Structure the project approach and determine process improvement tools to be used for maximizing the net improvement in the targeted business process
  • Plan, perform and implement process analysis and improvement initiatives
  • Partner with the PMO, HRIS and other key partner teams to understand their roadmaps and provide support for new projects
  • Facilitate cross-functional process review teams
  • Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Collect data to identify the root cause of problems
  • Measure process performance against process requirements
  • Assist in delivering training courses including defining, measuring, analysis, improvement and control
  • Assist in assessing process maturity using company methodology and update process inventory
  • Review current working practices; identify process improvement opportunities and facilitate goal setting
  • Advise on the use of operational and process excellence tools and methods to improve process performance and quality
  • Help teams drive operational and process excellence
