About the company

Innovaccer provides a Health Cloud platform that connects, curates, and analyzes healthcare data to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. The platform lets healthcare providers manage transitional care, lower 30-day readmissions, and expand primary care services, while giving pharmaceutical companies like Roche contextualized patient insights to lower development costs and risk. Revenue comes from clients paying for platform use. Unlike others, Innovaccer demonstrates value through measurable results (e.g., a CHESS $3 million value and a 23% reduction in 30-day readmissions) and earns high scores in independent analytics rankings (e.g., 94.9/100 in KLAS Data & Analytics Platforms with “A” across all six Customer Experience Pillars). The company's goal is to turn healthcare data into practical, scalable insights that improve clinical and financial outcomes for providers, life sciences partners, and patients.

MongoDB names Komal Puri to lead India marketing.

MongoDB names Komal Puri to lead India marketing. MongoDB has appointed Komal Puri as Head of Marketing for India. She joins from Innovaccer, bringing around 16 years of experience across B2B SaaS, enterprise marketing, go-to-market strategy and demand generation. 06 Oct 2026 10:55 IST MongoDB has appointed Komal Puri as Head of Marketing for India, with Puri confirming the move through a LinkedIn post. She joins the database technology company after spending about a year at healthcare technology firm Innovaccer. The appointment brings an executive with experience across B2B SaaS, enterprise technology and international markets into MongoDB's India marketing function. From Innovaccer to MongoDB. Prior to joining MongoDB, Puri served as Senior Director, Marketing at Innovaccer, where her work included category creation, CXO programs and revenue-focused marketing. Her career spans around 16 years across B2B SaaS marketing, including go-to-market strategy, account-based marketing, demand generation, product marketing and enterprise growth. She has worked across markets including the US, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Before Innovaccer, Puri spent nearly eight years at logistics technology company FarEye in senior marketing roles. Her experience there covered global go-to-market initiatives, demand generation, account-based marketing and marketing technology. She has also worked with Smart Energy Water and IDC India and APAC, adding enterprise technology and technology research to her marketing experience. Puri confirms new role on LinkedIn. Puri described the move as the beginning of a new chapter after completing a year at Innovaccer. "What is life if not constantly changing? My chapter at Innovaccer comes to a close after a beautiful year. Thank you, Sachin Saxena - for being a fantastic person and for the support and partnership throughout." She then confirmed her new mandate at MongoDB: "I've now joined MongoDB to lead Marketing for India, alongside a fantastic team that has already built strong momentum and set a high bar." Puri added: "Looking forward to building with clarity and purpose, and to what we create together." Her LinkedIn profile also reflects her new designation as Head of Marketing - India at MongoDB. India marketing mandate comes into focus. The appointment places Puri at the helm of MongoDB's India marketing operations. While neither the announcement nor Puri's post outlines specific targets for the role, her previous experience suggests a background spanning both brand-building and demand-oriented enterprise marketing. That distinction matters in enterprise technology, where marketing increasingly has to connect product positioning with CXO conversations, customer acquisition and broader go-to-market priorities. For MongoDB, Puri's appointment brings that mix of experience into its India marketing team. Her immediate task will be to build on the work of the existing team while shaping how the company engages customers and the wider technology ecosystem in India.

Innovaccer brings Xccelerate to Washington D.C., expanding its annual healthcare leadership forum ahead of the NAACOS Annual Conference.

Innovaccer brings Xccelerate to Washington D.C., expanding its annual healthcare leadership forum ahead of the NAACOS Annual Conference. The D.C. chapter event will convene health system leaders, payers, policy officials, and value-based care operators for a focused conversation on what it will actually take to make healthcare AI deliver at scale Join healthcare leaders at Xccelerate on Oct 13 and 14 in Washington, D.C. SAN FRANCISCO & WASHINGTON-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Innovaccer today announced that Xccelerate, its flagship annual healthcare leadership conference, is expanding beyond San Francisco with a chapter event in Washington, D.C., timed ahead of the NAACOS Annual Conference. The D.C. event brings a concentrated version of the Xccelerate conversation to the heart of healthcare policy, convening health system executives, payer leaders, ACO operators, and federal health officials for a direct exchange on what is working in value-based care and autonomous healthcare operations, and what is not. Innovaccer brings Xccelerate to Washington D.C. ahead of the NAACOS Annual Conference, convening health system leaders, payers, and policy officials to discuss what it takes to make healthcare AI deliver at scale. Share Xccelerate has become one of healthcare's most candid annual gatherings. Each January in San Francisco, Innovaccer convenes health system C-suites, payers, state and federal health officials, pharmacy operators, and population health practitioners for two days of on-the-record conversation about the operational realities of AI adoption, care delivery transformation, and the economics of value-based care. This year's San Francisco edition produced some of the sharpest practitioner testimony the conference has heard. * Justin Kyle, Referral Team Manager at Cone Health reported that prior authorization time in his organization had dropped from more than 30 minutes to 53 seconds, describing how the tool works from real-time payer guidelines rather than antiquated internal documents. * Dr. Robert Wachter, Chair of Medicine at UCSF, put the market's central problem plainly: one in five patients has a chart longer than Moby Dick, and the administrative burden surrounding care has grown so large that the industry is spending money that should be going to patients on processes that should never have required human time in the first place. * Dr. Ed Clarke, Vice President, Chief Medical Officer at Banner Health Plans & Networks, described the compounding complexity of operating across multiple systems, noting that what should be a simple equation becomes exponentially more difficult when data is fragmented across platforms. * And, Luke Harris, Executive Director of Children's Mercy Integrated Care Solutions offered one of the most honest accounts of the road to AI adoption: two failed attempts - one sharing data, one deploying technology - before his organization discovered that aligned incentives were the actual unlock. That is the Xccelerate conversation: practitioners naming the real problems, sharing what worked and what did not, and pushing past the industry's tendency to conference-optimize rather than solve. This year's D.C. chapter event brings that directness to Washington where the policy, payment-model, and regulatory decisions that shape every health system's reality are actually made and, timed just ahead of NAACOS, it focuses on what's happening right now: H.R.1, the largest healthcare policy shift in over a decade; the ACCESS Model's new incentives and new questions about how technology gets funded; and the mandatory value-based models raising the operational stakes for ACOs and their partners. For anyone building a sustainable model for the years ahead, what gets said in Washington now shapes the decisions that follow. "Every year at Xccelerate, we try to create the conversation that the industry needs to have but does not always have the room for: honest, practitioner-led, and grounded in what is actually happening in organizations, not what the slide decks say," said Abhinav Shashank, Co-Founder and CEO of Innovaccer. "Bringing that conversation to DC ahead of NAACOS puts it in the place where it can have the most immediate impact. The people in that room are building toward autonomous healthcare operations while living inside the policy shifts and payment model pressures that determine how fast that future actually arrives. That is exactly the conversation Xccelerate was built to hold." Xccelerate D.C. will take place on Oct 13 and 14 at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C. Impact Primary Care Network selects Innovaccer to power population Health and care management in Western North Carolina.

Impact Primary Care Network selects Innovaccer to power population Health and care management in Western North Carolina. Innovaccer's platform serves as the operational foundation for Impact Primary Care Network's care management programs, bringing autonomous operations to the work of coordinating community-centered care. By Team Innovaccer August 20, 2026 SAN FRANCISCO, CA - August 20, 2026 - Innovaccer, the autonomous operations platform for healthcare, today announced its partnership with Impact Primary Care Network (IPCN), a North Carolina-based population health organization. Over nearly two years, Impact Primary Care Network has deployed Innovaccer's care management solution and a full suite of population health dashboards as the operational foundation for its care management programs, giving care teams the visibility and workflow tools to manage complex patient populations more effectively across the communities it serves. Impact Health is the parent organization of IPCN - a clinically integrated network - and operates at the intersection of population health management and community-based care coordination, serving patients across Western North Carolina. IPCN is focused on closing care gaps, improving chronic disease management, and ensuring that the populations it serves receive consistent, high-quality care management. Managing complex populations at scale requires workflows that surface the right patient at the right moment, route them to the right intervention, and track follow-through without relying on manual coordination at every step. That is the infrastructure Innovaccer is built to provide. Deploying Innovaccer's care management platform and population health dashboards, IPCN has strengthened care management engagement, improved protocol adherence, and increased penetration rates across its attributed populations. The platform gives IPCN's care teams a continuously operating foundation, one where patient prioritization, care gap identification, and protocol tracking run autonomously in the background, so clinicians and care managers can direct their attention to the patients that require clinical care, care management and key social support interventions. "At Impact Primary Care Network, our mission is to give every primary care practice in our network the tools and infrastructure to deliver whole-person, coordinated care," said Allison Krivatch, executive director of IPCN, "Partnering with Innovaccer has given our care teams a unified platform that surfaces the right patients at the right moment and keeps our care managers focused on the work that impacts whole-person wellbeing.". "Organizations like Impact Health and Impact Primary Care Network are doing some of the most important work in American healthcare, coordinating care for the populations that need it most, in communities where the infrastructure to do that has historically been thin," said Abhinav Shashank, co-founder and CEO of Innovaccer. "What makes that work sustainable at scale is not more people managing more spreadsheets. It is an operational platform that handles the coordination, the prioritization, and the follow-through autonomously so every care manager on Impact Primary Care Network's team is spending their time on the patients who need them most, not the administrative work that surrounds them." About Impact Primary Care Network Founded by Impact Health in 2024, Impact Primary Care Network (IPCN) is a physician-led, clinically integrated network improving health across Western North Carolina. Its nonprofit network supports whole-person care through quality care management and helping practices connect clinical services with social supports. IPCN is committed to meeting the needs of WNC providers and patients and strengthening the long-term health of rural communities. About Impact Health Impact Health is a regional nonprofit organization serving the 19 counties of Western North Carolina and the Qualla Boundary. Impact Health brings together healthcare providers, community organizations, and public agencies to improve health outcomes, expand access to care, and build healthier communities. Impact Health is the network lead for the Healthy Opportunities Pilot in Western North Carolina, the NC ROOTS Hub Lead responsible for implementing North Carolina's Rural Health Transformation Program in Medicaid Region.
