  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work scheduled hours consistently across any day of the week and work overtime when requested.

  • Ability to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 50 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily operations of the community.
  • Provide customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Process applications, leases, and resident files.
  • Assist with rent collection and delinquency follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and ensure program compliance.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Support occupancy goals and resident retention efforts.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a commitment to ongoing personal development and career growth through career path activities provided through the corporate office and external sources as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous property management experience.
  • Experience with affordable housing programs such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Housing and Urban Development, or Section 8.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
