  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities
  • Implement instructional activities that create a climate of active and meaningful student learning.
  • Identify, select, and modify instructional resources for students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
  • Use direct instruction techniques to guide students through activities supporting their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
  • Assist in assessing changing curricular needs and offer plans for improvement.
  • Maintain effective and efficient record-keeping procedures.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with students, parents, and other professionals, both orally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with peers to enhance the instructional environment.
  • Model professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, peers, and the community.
  • Ensure continuous and appropriate student growth and achievement for the relevant age group, subject area, and program classification.
  • Participate in training and staff meetings.
  • Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits, including meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, and coordinating meetings as needed.
  • Evaluate each student's learning capabilities and celebrate student accomplishments.
  • Encourage students to uphold organizational values and model mature behavior and good character in the classroom, on campus, and throughout their lives.
  • Move throughout the campus, participate in events outside normal hours, and travel to other campuses as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
