  • A vehicle is required for professional travel.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs, including reassignment of resources as specified in the service contract.
Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care to patients receiving home-care services to support their autonomy.
  • Deliver general nursing care and frontline clinical assessments in general health services (CLSC).
  • Provide follow-up and support to expectant mothers, newborns, and young families.
