  • Proven track record of success in leading and scaling sales organizations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales leadership experience, with at least 2 years managing multiple sales directors.
  • Experience selling to Enterprise and Midmarket accounts in the legal tech or eDiscovery space.
  • Executive presence and experience as an executive sponsor for C-level relationships.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills with a proven ability to develop and inspire sales talent.
  • Track record of exceeding quarterly and annual team quotas through manager skill development and executing programmatic training, sales, and marketing programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Building and scaling a high-performing sales organization.
  • Directly managing a team of four first-line Sales Directors and an overall organization of approximately 25 individuals.
  • Driving significant and sustainable revenue growth, exceeding ambitious targets, and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales team.
  • Developing growth strategies, tactics, and action plans to engage new markets and analyze the lead pipeline.
  • Using Salesforce, Outreach, and Chorus to report on key KPIs and inform future sales strategy.
  • Building, managing, and growing the Account Executive team with thoughtful training and ongoing coaching.
  • Helping clients discover the truth and build a more just world.
