About the company

Dominion Diagnostics provides comprehensive drug monitoring and clinical testing through urine drug screens, oral fluid testing, blood testing, and STI screening for clinicians in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) OTP clinics, and Pain Management. Its testing services are supported by a proprietary monitoring portal with a tool available at no charge that helps practices manage schedules and ensure adherence to testing protocols, saving staff time. Revenue comes from the testing services plus practice-management tools that enhance clinical operations. The company differentiates itself through national accreditation, a strong focus on customer service and educational outreach, and a healthcare-specific toolset designed to support clinicians beyond the labwork.
