Qualtrics operates in a world where security threats are evolving and being as secure as possible is paramount. The Product Security Manager is essential to Qualtrics’ operations, tasked with protecting our products and infrastructure from increasing security risks. This person will maintain company-wide security standards, leading a skilled team of security engineers and collaborating across business units to address security challenges. The impact of their role is broad - they will help protect customer data, uphold the company’s reputation, and ensure ongoing secure service delivery.

- Proven Leadership: We’re looking for evidence of effective team leadership for over 10 years, particularly in the field of security. Details of how you’ve influenced cultural shifts towards improved security practices will be a plus.
- Expertise in Diverse Security Aspects: We want to see your proficiency in dealing with multiple security aspects ideally in product, cloud, and infrastructure security, including vulnerability management and data protection.
- Collaboration: Demonstrate your ability to collaborate and build partnerships across different business units, working towards unified security objectives.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Share instances where you acted swiftly and effectively to manage potential vulnerabilities or address complex security issues.
- Strategy Development: Ideally, you’ve defined and implemented security strategies in previous roles, driving transformative outcomes.
