Requirements
  • At least one year of production or flowback experience on new well turn-ins and high-pressure operations exceeding 5,000 psi.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization and with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

  • Experience with safety systems and functions including SSVs, PSHL, LSHL, FSHL, BMS, and PSVs.
Responsibilities
  • Rebuild or replace dump valves.
  • Repair piper ball valves.
  • Perform choke repairs.
  • Install, repair, and replace lift equipment such as motor valves, control boxes, and lubricators.
  • Work with high-rate and high-pressure dry- and wet-gas shale wells.
  • Operate artificial-lift applications and equipment, including plunger lifts and chemical injection systems.
  • Use programmable logic controller and human-machine interface systems.
  • Operate hydraulic and pneumatic emergency shutdown systems.
  • Adjust automated and manual chokes.
  • Flow wells to maximize production.
  • Adjust and set pneumatic liquid-dump control systems.
  • Purge sand separators, gas scrubbers, and drips.
  • Set regulators.
  • Gauge tanks and supervise fluid hauling.
  • Operate direct and indirect heaters.
  • Work with low- and high-pressure separators.
  • Operate sealed tanks with vapor-recovery systems.
  • Operate vacuum distillation units and flares.
  • Start up and shut down vapor-recovery units.
  • Start up and shut down flash-gas compressors.
  • Operate dehydration systems.
  • Manually dump drips and operate automatic scrubbers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Six months of production or flowback experience on legacy well pads, listed as preferred.
