- Apply strict rules of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure compliance with legal record retention periods.
- Understand and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and current internal procedures.
- Identify suspicious or risky behavior among individuals on the premises.
- Ensure implementation of the Lucien Barrière Group's Responsible Gaming policy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory provisions regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
- Ensure compliance with current regulations concerning the safety of property and people.
- Ensure implementation of the Lucien Barrière Group's Sustainable Development policy.
- Identify high-risk clients or individuals under surveillance.
- Analyze recordings by isolating significant events.
- Maintain and provide technical support for equipment, including audio and video recorders, workstations, consoles, and monitors.
- Prepare and submit a daily activity report to management.
- Record notable events in the daily logbook.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment and workstation.
- Provide live monitoring of the establishment and its surroundings, including gaming rooms, cash desks, vaults, reception, entry controls, and access points.
- Provide requested recordings to management.
- Make appropriate use of equipment for various tasks.
- Immediately alert management of any observed anomalies.
- Handle shift handovers at the start and end of shifts according to current guidelines, including briefings and updates.
- Proactively suggest improvements for working tools and processes.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify supply needs, and submit orders to management for items such as hard drives and cameras.
- Assist in investigations during incidents such as theft, loss, and payout disputes.
- Take a proactive role in maintaining team cohesion.
- Actively participate in department meetings.
- Escalate relevant information to management.
