A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.
A current, valid Texas driver's license is required and must be maintained.
The role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods; pull or push loads up to 55 pounds; and repeatedly lift and place products weighing up to 55 pounds.
The role requires frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing ladders and stairs, standing, walking, and pivoting throughout the workday.
The role requires tolerating indoor and outdoor ambient or extreme temperatures, and working in noisy and crowded environments.
The role requires operating equipment used at the facility and using a personal computer for email, reports, and other documentation with company and industry software.
The role requires the ability to speak, hear, and see to communicate and operate computers and office machinery, along with the hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation skills needed to operate computers, machinery, and equipment.
Driving is required during the workday.
The role requires following company policies and procedures, including safety policies and best practices, and maintaining regular, punctual attendance.
Responsibilities
Stock and rotate fresh products; organize and refill back stock, coolers, shelves, beer caves, and displays.
Meet or exceed service levels and compliance rates for each assigned account.
Build displays and place signage and other merchandising items.
Ensure all company stock-keeping units are appropriately priced and meet visibility standards.
Keep backroom and inventory areas clean and organized, and notify a manager of product breakage at an account.
Desired Qualifications
Previous distribution business or other consumer packaged goods experience is preferred.
Previous beer industry experience is preferred.
Advanced communication skills are preferred.

Now that you know about the hours and the pay, let's talk about the job itself.
A Part TimeMerchandiser is responsible for stocking the store shelves and cold boxes/coolers with fresh products, building displays to draw attention to our products, and providing exceptional service to our retail clients.
Bottom line... You'll be stocking/merchandising BEER!! You get to be out and about traveling to different stores, and every day is a little different.
Here's more of what you will do... (Okay, not all in one day!)
Maintains fresh products by stocking and rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, beer caves and displays
Ensures service levels and compliance rates for each assigned account are met or exceeded.
Builds displays and executes placement of signage and other merchandising items.
Ensures all Andrews SKUs are priced appropriately and meet standards of visibility.
Keeps backroom and inventory areas clean and organized. Notifies manager of any product breakage in an account.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
