  • At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or validation, with a strong focus on mobile application testing for Android and/or iOS.
  • Hands-on experience building test automation for native mobile platforms using XCTest/XCUIAutomation for iOS and/or Jetpack Compose Test API and Espresso for Android.
  • Experience testing e-commerce, in-app purchase, or subscription-based features, including payment processing flows such as Stripe or similar payment gateways.
  • Experience mentoring or providing technical leadership to other QA engineers.
  • Experience planning and coordinating test delivery or execution for a team against release milestones.
  • Strong experience with version control systems such as Git, including branching and merging strategies.
  • Experience with defect and test management tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills, including root cause analysis across application, integration, and environment layers.
  • Advanced English skills.
Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the end-to-end validation and verification strategy for assigned Ford App features, starting with native commerce (in-app accessories storefront and in-app subscriptions), and expanding over time to features such as mobile-to-vehicle projection and service scheduling.
  • Design and execute test coverage for in-app purchase and subscription flows, including checkout, payment processing with Stripe using test card scenarios, order and transaction state validation, and subscription lifecycle events such as trials, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Software QA Engineers, currently 2–3 with planned growth, providing technical guidance, code and test design reviews, and day-to-day direction on test execution.
  • Participate in hiring and building out the QA team, including sourcing, interviewing, and providing hiring recommendations, and contribute input into team members' performance reviews.
  • Own and evolve the mobile automation framework strategy using XCTest/XCUIAutomation for iOS and Jetpack Compose Test API and Espresso for Android.
  • Design comprehensive test cases covering functional, integration, and edge-case scenarios for mobile app features, including commerce flows and, as scope expands, device-to-vehicle projection scenarios.
  • Plan and coordinate test execution and delivery schedules across releases, balancing team capacity, program priorities, and quality commitments.
  • Execute and oversee automated and manual tests across development, staging, and production-like commerce environments.
  • Analyze test results, debug automation failures, and perform root cause analysis to determine whether defects originate in application code, payment or subscription integration, or the test environment or automation.
  • Manage the defect lifecycle using JIRA, ensuring clear documentation, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and collaborate with development teams to maintain fast, reliable feedback loops.
  • Maintain and evolve test assets, including test plans, test cases, and automated scripts, using Git-based version control and branching and merging strategies for shared automation codebases.
  • Champion test process improvements and drive adoption of industry-aligned QA practices, such as ISTQB testing principles and ASPICE-aligned process discipline for vehicle-integrated features.
  • Report test status, coverage, and quality metrics to engineering leadership, providing visibility into risks and mitigation plans.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience testing features involving mobile-to-vehicle connectivity or projection, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or remote vehicle command and control features.
  • Experience with web test automation frameworks, particularly Playwright.
  • Familiarity with ISTQB testing principles and/or ASPICE-aligned software validation processes.
  • Prior experience participating in hiring processes, including interviewing and technical assessment design.
  • Experience scaling a QA automation framework across multiple platforms or teams.

Six high-yield dividend stocks fail the payout test, from Ford to Whirlpool's 9.37% mirage

High dividend yields can hide weak payouts, and a four-step test helps separate real income from traps. It checks earnings with one-offs stripped out, full-year free cash flow against dividends, management's explanation, and whether debt funds the gap. Ford yields 4.99% and shows a trailing EPS of -$1.88, caused by $4.2B in one-time charges. Its debt-to-equity of 4.66 leaves the $0.60 dividend exposed to a downturn. Pfizer yields 6.03%, but its free cash flow yield is 5.60%. Clorox's roughly $405M of free cash flow fell short of about $601M in dividends. Whirlpool fails every step. It cut its quarterly dividend from $1.75 to $0.90 in 2025, paid no common dividend in the second quarter of 2026, and its shares are down 59.48% since the end of 2025. 3M and Dow pass, with payouts now covered by cash.

UPS, Pfizer, Kraft Heinz and Ford dividends at risk as payouts outstrip earnings

Four blue chip companies, UPS, Pfizer, Kraft Heinz, and Ford, may struggle to sustain their dividends, according to an analysis of their earnings, cash flow, and debt. UPS yields 7.02% and pays out about 121% of its GAAP earnings. Pfizer yields 6.10%, with a GAAP payout ratio of about 226%; its 2025 free cash flow of $9.076 billion fell short of $9.771 billion in dividends. Kraft Heinz yields 6.82%, but its trailing GAAP earnings per share are −$2.88 after $7.4 billion in impairments. Ford yields 4.98% after an $8.162 billion loss in 2025, and its debt-to-equity ratio is 4.66. All four companies say their payouts are safe, and each points to adjusted earnings guidance that covers the dividend.

Seven S&P 500 stocks need 200%+ rallies to reclaim all-time highs

Seven major S&P 500 companies with market capitalizations exceeding $20 billion need to rally at least 200% to reach their previous all-time highs, according to Bespoke. The struggling firms include PG&E, PayPal, Ford, Nike, Las Vegas Sands, Zoetis, and Crown Castle. Nike has experienced particularly poor performance, with the company's stock trading at record lows and its dividend yield approaching 5%. Recent quarterly results showed Nike Brand sales fell 4%, online sales dropped 13%, Converse sales declined 28%, and China sales crashed 26%. CEO Elliott Hill indicated that weakness in the sportswear market would persist. PayPal faces intense competition in the payments sector. New CEO Enrique Lores reportedly declined a buyout offer from Stripe and will focus on cost reductions and improving customer experience.
