Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain operations, finance or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience. Demonstrated results and command of supply chain concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, with strong aptitude in Excel is required.
  • Success in this role requires the ability to work with limited supervision along with strong collaboration skills through partnership with the Operations and Finance teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence across and upwards & to establish cross functional relationships.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical capability, experience in process design/redesign and problem solving skills are required.
  • Experience managing a large scale cycle count program and leading an annual physical inventory process.
  • 3-5 years ERP experience required. Experience with PeopleSoft preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Manage company-wide cycle count programs.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports of inventory adjustments.
  • Drive remediation and action plans for adjustments outside expected tolerances.
  • Partner with Finance to lead the annual physical inventory process.
  • Be the primary resource for materials planning, finance, and operations on inventory-related questions.
  • Ensure SOX compliance, policy and work instructions are maintained and updated annually.
  • Ensure proper accounting for all outside location inventories.
  • Lead analytics & discussion to avoid/reduce obsolete materials.
  • Support the business in analytics requests related to inventory health and optimization opportunities, such as new product launches and supplier changes.
  • Perform other requests and duties as needed.
