Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success for a B2B SaaS company
  • Recent experience managing onboarding for Commercial and/or SMB segments
  • Deep understanding of post-sale SaaS onboarding processes, account setup, and product training
  • Strong customer communication and coordination skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding tracks in parallel with structured follow-through
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Jira, Google Workspace, or similar
  • Based in Bangalore with the ability to work night shift (U.S. hours) and a hybrid work model (3 days/week in-office)
Responsibilities
  • Own the post-sale onboarding experience for new Commercial and SMB accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact from contract signature through initial adoption milestones
  • Coordinate internal and customer-facing onboarding timelines, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Facilitate account setup, user provisioning, SSO coordination, and integrations (e.g., ATS, CRM)
  • Deliver tailored onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs for new users
  • Guide customers on core SeekOut features (search, filters, workflows, messaging, analytics, etc.)
  • Recommend onboarding paths based on customer personas, use cases, and goals
  • Establish trust and rapport with recruiting and talent operations stakeholders
  • Proactively manage expectations, send reminders, and unblock dependencies
  • Partner with AE/CSM to ensure seamless post-onboarding handoff and success planning
  • Capture feedback from onboarding journeys to improve playbooks and templates
  • Identify repeatable friction points and suggest automation or enablement assets
  • Contribute to internal documentation, FAQs, and help center content as needed
