The AI Business Analyst is responsible for implementing and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within the organization’s core business applications, including Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies, as well as experience working with enterprise software platforms.

  • Evaluate and recommend AI solutions that can be integrated into existing business applications to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement AI-powered features, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
  • Develop and deploy AI models using techniques like machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Business Application Integration:
  • Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and other business applications used within the organization.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance when integrating AI solutions with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with application administrators and developers to ensure smooth integration and ongoing maintenance.
• Process Optimization:
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas where AI can be leveraged to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive tasks, enhance data analysis, and provide actionable insights.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize AI solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver desired outcomes.
• Training and Support:
  • Work with BPM to develop training materials and provide guidance to end-users on the effective utilization of AI-powered features within business applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the adoption of AI solutions and address any concerns or challenges.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues within business applications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for AI deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience working with enterprise business applications, preferably Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, techniques, and best practices.
