Requirements
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Current, active dental license in the state of application.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Active DEA registration.
  • Associate Dentists must have a minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience in private practice, a dental service organization, or a similar setting.
  • Lead Dentists typically need 6 or more years of post-residency clinical experience and the ability to lead, mentor, and elevate dentists in a multi-chair practice environment.
  • Comfort with modern technology and willingness to adopt digital workflows.
  • Invisalign certification.
  • Ability to work either a full-time schedule of 4 days per week plus 2 Saturdays per month or a part-time schedule of 2-3 days per week including some Saturdays.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods while performing clinical procedures.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to handle dental instruments and perform precise procedures.
  • Adequate vision, with or without correction, to read charts, interpret radiographs, and operate clinical equipment.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and maintain ergonomic positioning for patient care.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other healthcare professionals in person and via technology.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver restorative, endodontic, extraction, implant, cosmetic, operative, and comprehensive clinical services in a digitally enabled studio.
  • Treat comprehensive, esthetic, and function-driven cases beyond basic dentistry.
  • Lead comprehensive examinations that diagnose the whole person and clearly explain conditions and treatment options.
  • Develop member-centered treatment plans based on clinical findings and honest risk assessment.
  • Diagnose and treat TMJ-related conditions, including therapeutic Botox delivery.
  • Identify and address malocclusion, occlusal wear, fracture lines, and sleep-disordered breathing.
  • Drive clear aligner treatment from diagnosis through case planning, bonding, and follow-up care.
  • Evaluate and treat sleep-disordered breathing and incorporate sleep medicine solutions into treatment planning when appropriate.
  • Manage aligner case selection, staging, and execution.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to expand advanced treatment offerings and elevate clinical scope.
  • Manage a productive schedule balancing operative procedures, hygiene checks, aligner starts, and same-day treatment opportunities.
  • Partner with studio teams to build efficient shifts, review schedules, participate in daily huddles, and offer same-day care when possible.
  • Drive production through proactive diagnosis, completion of treatment plans, and efficient chair-time use without compromising care quality.
  • Deliver a hospitality-driven member experience through personalized care, empowering communication, and human compassion.
  • Apply the safety-first, member-experience-second, efficiency-third Priority Framework.
  • Partner with dental assistants, hygienists, and studio leadership to deliver coordinated care.
  • Collaborate across disciplines on treatment planning, execution, and patient experience.
  • Participate in calibration, continuing education, and peer learning.
  • Lead Dentist: Mentor and coach dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants in diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical execution.
  • Lead Dentist: Lead clinical onboarding, training, and ongoing provider development.
  • Lead Dentist: Partner with the Studio Manager to optimize scheduling, member access, and studio performance.
  • Lead Dentist: Lead daily huddles and clinical calibrations focused on workflow, member care, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead Dentist: Review clinical outcomes, including re-dos and escalations, and implement quality and consistency improvements.
  • Lead Dentist: Own complex cases and member escalations using the Empathy-to-Confidence approach.
  • Lead Dentist: Help build a high-performing studio culture with clinical and operational leadership.
