Procore stock up 16.6% to $62.26, but slim growth and operating losses raise risks

Procore Technologies has beaten the S&P 500 by 7.5% over the past six months, with its stock up 16.6% to $62.26. Solid quarterly results helped drive the gain. Still, analysts at StockStory are passing on the stock for now. Wall Street expects revenue to grow 13.4% over the next 12 months, down from a 26% annualised rate over the past five years. The company also has a history of operating losses. Its average GAAP operating margin over the last year was negative 4.9%, though it was profitable this quarter. The shares trade at 5.8 times forward price-to-sales. The analysts call that reasonable but see no big opportunity.

EarthCam launches 10th-generation Procore integration with agentic AI, sharing data into 23 areas

EarthCam has launched the tenth generation of its Procore integration, which it unveiled on October 22, 2026, at Procore Groundbreak 2026 in Orlando. The update brings jobsite camera imagery and AI detections into more Procore workflows, cutting manual photo handling. Users can now ask about equipment, deliveries, or PPE violations through Procore Datagrid. Scheduled milestone snapshots upload automatically, and punch list items and inspections can be filled directly with EarthCam images. New detections cover trench safety, housekeeping hazards, delivery verification, and dump trucks. The integration already shares imagery to more than 23 areas of Procore. "Our tenth-generation integration carries that mission into agentic AI and beyond," said chief executive officer Brian Cury.

Procore launches voice-first AI app for jobsites, with Meta AI glasses in the works

Procore Technologies launched Procore AI Go at its Groundbreak 2026 event in Orlando on October 21, 2026. The voice-first mobile app lets construction crews ask questions and hear spoken answers drawn from their Procore project data. The app is in open beta for customers in North America. It covers drawings, specifications, requests for information, submittals, and daily logs. It also offers push-to-talk controls for noisy sites and a saved conversation history. Procore is partnering with Meta to bring the app to AI glasses, which is in closed beta. Crews could say "Hey Procore" to get information and capture first-person photos without reaching for a phone. A Procore and Dodge Construction report found contractors can recover two to six hours per person every week through deeper technology adoption.

Planera and Procore connect RFIs to the CPM schedule with new schedule Risk Scanner agent.

Planera and Procore connect RFIs to the CPM schedule with new schedule Risk Scanner agent. Agent compares open Procore RFIs against the Planera schedule, flags which ones threaten upcoming work, and notes the risk on the affected activity. Oct. 21, 2026 Press Contacts Phil Carpenter SAN JOSE, Calif. - Planera, the modern CPM scheduling platform for general contractors, today launched the RFI-to-Schedule Risk Scanner, an AI agent that integrates Procore AI with the Planera platform through the Planera MCP connector, so schedule risk sits next to every open RFI. It debuts as a launch partner in the Procore Agent Marketplace, which Procore unveiled at Groundbreak 2026. The Risk Scanner reads open RFIs in Procore alongside the Planera critical path and look-ahead, ranks which RFIs could delay work in the coming weeks, and records that risk directly on the affected schedule activity. The Risk Scanner builds on Planera's existing integration with Procore, where schedulers already push an updated CPM schedule into Procore's Scheduling tool in one click. On a large project, dozens of RFIs can be open at once, and nothing in either system says which ones sit on the critical path. Teams often find out at the pull-planning meeting, or after the next activity is already blocked. Superintendents and schedulers fill the gap by hand, spending as much as two to three days a week matching RFIs to the schedule. The RFI-to-Schedule Risk Scanner takes that work off their plate: * RFI risk, ranked by float. When an RFI stays open in Procore, the agent checks it against Planera's critical path and look-ahead and reports what is actually at risk, for example: "You have 4 open RFIs that could delay work in the next 21 days." * Risk written onto the activity. When the agent matches an RFI to an activity, it adds a note in Planera with the RFI number, responsible party, due date, and a link back to Procore. The project engineer and the scheduler stop re-keying the same information. * Human-in-the-loop by design. Planera and Procore share one belief: AI works best with a person firmly in charge. The agent does the legwork of finding and flagging risk, and the scheduler makes every call on the plan, so dates and logic change only through Planera's change controls. When the agent cannot match an RFI with confidence, it reports it as unmatched instead of guessing, because a false match in a schedule is worse than a miss. * Open by design. Planera provides an MCP server, so the same schedule data is open to Procore AI or any other agent platform a contractor chooses. "No single company can build every AI capability the construction industry needs," said Thiago da Costa, SVP of AI & Data at Procore. "The real opportunity is creating an ecosystem where the best technology and expertise can work together. That's why we're embracing open standards like MCP and building alongside partners like Planera. The future of AI isn't one agent doing everything. It's an ecosystem of specialized agents working together to move the industry forward." "Every superintendent has watched an RFI sit in the log for three weeks and then take down a milestone," said Nitin Bhandari, CEO of Planera. "Nobody missed it on purpose. The RFI lived in one system, the critical path lived in another, and connecting them was someone's Tuesday afternoon. We opened Planera to agents so the tedious work happens on its own, starting with connecting RFIs to the schedule. Agents should do the legwork in every workflow, and people should make the final judgment calls." Availability The RFI-to-Schedule Risk Scanner is available now to Planera and Procore customers in the Procore Marketplace. Planera will demo it at Groundbreak, October 21-22 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, booth 2921. Contractors can install Planera from the Procore Marketplace, turn on one-click schedule sync, and book a walkthrough at [planera.io/demo]. Planera is a leading provider of modern, AI-enhanced CPM scheduling software that transforms project planning and management for the construction industry. Trusted by industry leaders including Balfour Beatty, Barton Malow, Big-D Construction, HITT Contracting, Ryan Companies, Skanska, and Zachry Construction, Planera empowers teams to build faster, smarter, and with greater clarity. Planera is backed by investors such as Sierra Ventures, Sorenson Capital, Brick & Mortar Ventures, Prudence, and Firebolt. Learn more at www.planera.io.

Procore names COMPASS preferred prequalification solution for its 150,000+ subcontractors

Procore Technologies has named COMPASS, from Toronto-based Bespoke Metrics, its preferred subcontractor prequalification solution. The partnership launches Prequal for All, available to Procore customers now. Subcontractors complete one standardised profile and share it with any general contractor they choose. They join more than 150,000 subcontractors already on COMPASS, which scores each firm's financial, safety, insurance, and operational data to produce the COMPASS Q Score, or "Construction Credit Score." Subcontractors control who sees their profile, and their financial statements stay in COMPASS. Procore receives only the score and prequalification outcomes. COMPASS is among the first partners connected to Procore through the Model Context Protocol. A COMPASS Risk Agent, an AI tool, is expected later this year.
