Requirements
  • Fib and metrology expert
  • Bachelor or Master Engineering degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electronics or Material Science
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in handling Dual beam FIB, EDX, Sample Preparation tools
  • Understand Semiconductor devices, structures and processes
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, in-depth troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Programming skills is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative solutions and qualify the new techniques and application using FIB tools
  • Evaluate FIB tools capability. Define and implement the solutions to address the gaps
  • Complex problem-solving; ability to take a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Develop and publish best known method (BKM) procedures including, sample preparation (filling, coating) and Fib conditions.
  • Develop robust methodology for quality and TPT improvement including on tool automation
  • Develop analytic methods and generate summary, conclusion and insights from the results
  • Interfaces with the customer regarding technical requirements, analysis and schedule
