- Manage daily delivery using Lean methodology, including backlog management, writing clear user stories, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate closely with the client to understand needs, facilitate decisions, and co-create solutions.
- Translate product challenges into clear requirements for the technical team using usage analysis, environmental studies, and benchmarks.
- Help the team meet its commitments by anticipating risks, resolving problems, and contributing to continuous-improvement routines such as problem solving and retrospectives.
