  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 3 years customer-facing experience working as a Sales Engineer in a Channel environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ of the time
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively and balance multiple, disparate work streams
  • Obsession with finding the root cause of the problem not just the immediate solution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience presenting & building relationships from C-Suite to IT Operations
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales Engineering team to aid technical discussions and demos
  • Shadow Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery calls, demos, and Proof of Concept coordination calls
  • Learn about Dialpad as a company and its product offerings
  • Network with various teams within the organization
  • Complete Sales Engineering Demo Certification
