  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 3 years customer-facing experience working as a Sales Engineer in a Channel environment
  • Experience with Business VoIP Telephony Services
  • Experience with Contact Center solutions

  • Understanding of VoIP CODECs and technologies

  • Network with various teams within the organization
  • Shadow Sales Engineers and Account Executives on calls and demos
  • Run Proof of Concepts for prospects
  • Aid in technical discussions and demos with prospects
