Requirements
- At least two years of current experience implementing or operating Maximo.
- Experience with Maximo version 7.x enterprise asset management applications, ideally in a gas and oil project environment.
- Concentrated experience with Maximo Work Management, preventive maintenance, job plans, assets, locations, and classifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, from line workers to upper management.
- Proven documentation skills, including the ability to create high-quality and complete project documents and communications.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, cleanse, and load base data for Core and Mobile functionality.
- Train users and deploy and support Maximo Core and Mobile functionality.
- Provide Maximo and work and asset management subject matter expertise to other projects as required.
- Monitor system utilization and track defects or enhancement opportunities as part of continuous improvement.
- Integrate closely with back-office support, development, and reporting teams.
- Perform documentation and system/database reporting duties.
- Sustain currently deployed work and asset management solutions by identifying and resolving issues, training field users, and assisting with system testing.
- Gather user requirements and author formal requirements documents, design specifications, and test scripts.
- Provide Maximo training to varied user groups.
