Responsibilities
Work with project teams from preconstruction through closeout to ensure work is performed in accordance with project requirements, schedules, and safety standards.
Review plans and assist with submittals and requests for information.
Perform quantity takeoffs and schedule updates.
Prepare meeting notes and support site logistics.
Support quality control efforts and safety documentation.
Coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors.

In this role, you will work with project teams from preconstruction through closeout ensuring work is performed in accordance with project requirements, schedules, and safety standards. Your day‑to‑day activities may consist of reviewing plans, assisting with submittals and RFIs, quantity takeoffs, schedule updates, meeting notes, site logistics, quality control efforts, safety documentation, and coordination with subcontractors and inspectors.
