Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or science/academic field, or equivalent education and related training or experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage GCO improvement initiatives workstreams and high profile projects.
  • Facilitate cross functional activities with other lines of business GCO teams and with other Enterprise Technology teams.
  • Coordinate closely with Truist’s Risk Management Organization (RMO) to ensure proper program adherence and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage business office activities for the Enterprise Technology GCO team.
  • Manage GCO process for Enterprise Technology Third Party Risk Management, including challenge, review, and exception review / approval.
  • Provide GCO leadership for managing Enterprise Change Risk Management processes for technology initiatives.
  • Provide business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident management expertise to first line execution efforts.
  • Lead and report on special projects for the GCO team, providing strong risk management expertise and guidance.
  • Oversee processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting on improvement initiatives and business as usual activities.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support growth and development of teammates and provide a pipeline of talent to the organization.
  • Serve as backup to Senior GCO and GCO Senior Governance and Reporting leaders.
