About the job

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience building and scaling a brand's TikTok Shop presence, at an agency or through hands-on day-to-day TikTok Shop operation, sufficient to direct execution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing; Amazon-focused eCommerce experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate or creator programs through platforms such as Levanta, Creator Connections, CJ, Impact, Awin, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to read a per-SKU or per-partner profitability model and make margin-based decisions about what to launch or scale.
  • Ability to work autonomously, think long-term, and shape strategy for a new function rather than simply manage an existing process.
Responsibilities
  • Own the long-term strategy for building and scaling Recom's TikTok Shop function, identify needed changes, and proactively drive its evolution.
  • Build and continuously improve processes and playbooks for onboarding, launching, and managing brands on TikTok Shop.
  • Set the strategic direction for each brand's TikTok Shop presence, including hero SKU and pricing strategy, content and creator approach, and paid boosting priorities, using the unit-economics model to guide SKU launches and pricing while partner teams handle day-to-day operations.
  • Track and report GMV, contribution margin, and Amazon halo impact across the brand portfolio.
  • Work with partner teams to own new-brand end-to-end launches, including account and entity setup, catalog selection, and hero SKU selection.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with partner teams, run the weekly operating cadence, hold teams accountable for deliverables, and review performance.
  • Analyze and report KPIs across TikTok Shop and affiliate/influencer channels, including traffic, conversion, and revenue impact, and optimize based on performance.
  • Own Amazon Creator Connections end to end by pitching brands into the program, launching campaigns, and producing biweekly performance reports; manage off-Amazon creator programs by generating Amazon Attribution links and reporting referral-bonus performance.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates, deal sites, media partners, and influencers, including platforms such as Levanta, Creator Connections, CJ, Impact, Awin, Superfiliate, and Upfluence; negotiate commission, flat-fee, and hybrid compensation models.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop partner or agency pricing models, such as retainers plus GMV- or ad-spend-based fees.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as Superfiliate, Upfluence, Grin, CreatorIQ, or the Amazon Influencer Program.
  • Familiarity with Amazon fulfillment (FBA/MCF) and Amazon Attribution.
  • Exposure to halo or incrementality measurement concepts, such as media mix modeling or geo-testing.
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
