About the job
- A Bac+3 to Bac+5 diploma is required.
- Knowledge of construction insurance contracts and the legal rules governing them is required.
- An interest in the construction and building and public works sectors is required.
- The role requires assertiveness, agility, responsiveness, rigor, and interpersonal skills for negotiation and client relationships.
- Excellent writing skills, the ability to synthesize information, and an interest in office productivity tools are required.
- Support professional construction-insurance policyholders with their construction insurance contracts.
- Manage a portfolio of construction insurance contracts, primarily civil liability and ten-year liability policies, for major-account clients.
- Establish and manage standard and non-standard insurance contracts.
- Review underwriting studies.
- Participate in portfolio-monitoring activities by proposing appropriate measures or adjustments to support client retention.
- Work collaboratively with sales, claims, accounting, technical departments, and experts.
- Make occasional business trips.
