- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are required.
- Communication, negotiation, and time management skills are required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently is required.
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds, climb ladders up to 12 feet, and work in various conditions is required.
- Willingness to work outdoors and handle materials that may be skin or respiratory irritants is required.
- Sell fire protection services and products within the assigned territory while maintaining sales and service quotas.
- Inspect, service, and install fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and exit or emergency lighting.
- Identify new prospects using lead generation strategies.
- Present proposals and explain the advantages of the company’s solutions.
- Follow up with potential clients and process work orders promptly.
- Service existing customers and build long-term relationships.
- Complete reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
