Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in facility or campus management, preferably in a large corporate setting.
  • Data-driven with the ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be highly organized, proactive, and responsive with strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional experience planning, coordinating and executing multiple client needs.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and visitors.
  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Slack communication, skillfully managing channels, promptly responding to messages, and effectively using the platform to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
  • Manage operating costs, track expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage event support and serve as the liaison for all facilities-related requests, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Support projects including space planning, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
  • Ensure all campus services, such as security, cleaning, catering, and transportation, meet the highest standards.
  • Manage our work order management system and triage tickets for the campus. You should respond and assist teams with day-to-day requests partnering with our Facilities teams for fast resolution.
  • Organize and maintain campus documentation, including project plans, procedures and reports.
  • Demonstrate both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with 5 years of work experience, or an equivalent combination of experience in Workplace, Design, Construction, or Project Management.
  • Adept at swiftly adapting to changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
