Requirements
  • One to three years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, account management, or customer success.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate data.
  • Experience working in customer relationship management or project management systems.
Responsibilities
  • Build positive, professional, and trusted relationships with supplier customers while guiding them through the onboarding and implementation process.
  • Assist customers in understanding the quality, reliability, and value of the company’s data and how it supports the success of their products.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact during implementations, providing updates and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner and connect them with the appropriate internal resources.
  • Efficiently manage projects from start to finish while remaining self-directed and proactive.
  • Assist in creating and executing implementation project plans while maintaining communication with customer project sponsors.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in beverage alcohol, supplier, distributor, or retail industries.
  • Experience with software-as-a-service implementations.
  • Experience working with master data or reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of syndicated sales and depletion data.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Zendesk, or Microsoft platforms.

VIP launches VIP Intelligence, AI suite for beverage industry pricing and forecasting

VIP, a beverage industry technology partner, has launched VIP Intelligence, an AI suite designed specifically for businesses that make, move, and sell beverages. The platform is built on 50 years of industry data and integrates AI capabilities across VIP's existing ecosystem. VIP Intelligence includes several AI-powered features rolling out throughout 2026. These include automated revenue management in PriceStream, predictive ordering in Connect and the VIP Sales App, conversational analytics in iDIG, and demand planning for suppliers in OrderStream. The company has made significant technology investments, including partnering with QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, to accelerate its AI strategy. CEO Andrew Criezis, who joined earlier this year, is leading the initiative. VIP hosted an AI Week training event for nearly 1,000 employees and expanded its AI teams with new leadership across technology, people, and sales.

Warburg Pincus has agreed to acquire Vermont Information Processing, a software firm for beverage distributors, for approximately $1 billion, including debt, according to sources. The deal is signed and may be announced soon.
