- Hold a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
- Have good working knowledge and understanding of plumbing issues related to multi-family construction.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- Pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug tests.
- Have basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel and Word, and the ability to use computer systems for data reporting, email, and scheduling.
- Have people skills sufficient to maintain good working relationships with the general contractor, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Own a personal set of basic required hand tools and power tools; the employer provides specialty tools.
