Responsibilities
Manage and complete full-cycle recruitment organization-wide.
Identify and engage passive talent.
Research new and trending recruitment and sourcing strategies and methods.
Maintain an internal resume database.
Research and identify relevant industry networking events to attend.
Perform administrative duties, including maintaining HR filing systems, documentation, tracking, and reporting processes.
Support payroll and benefits administration as needed, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures in line with company expectations and legislation.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace matters.
Support and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture through engagement and retention initiatives.
Lead and manage the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
Manage employee offboarding processes, including terminations, and keep internal records up to date.
Conduct and record company-wide performance reviews.
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs.
Conduct HR analysis related to performance, retention, and time and attendance tracking.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Desired Qualifications
Prior recruitment experience in the engineering industry is an asset.
Familiarity with Boolean search strings is an asset.

Qualifications and Requirements:
College or University degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Previous work experience in Human Resources; prior recruitment experience in the Engineering industry is an asset.
Previous experience with engaging passive talent.
Familiarity with Boolean search strings is an asset.
Strong communication skills are required.
Strong relationship management skills are required
Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
Attention to detail in all areas of work.
Position Details:
Type: Full-time, On Site
Location: Scarborough, Ontario
Purpose: Existing Vacancy
Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 / annum
This compensation represents the Company’s current anticipated range for this position. Actual compensation offered may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.
