Responsibilities
  • Make face-to-face sales calls on physicians, respiratory therapists, medical assistants, patients, caregivers, and administrators in the assigned territory.
  • Educate referral sources on high-frequency chest wall oscillation therapy and gain referrals to grow market share, with a primary focus on adult pulmonology, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, and neuromuscular clinics and patient indications.
  • Analyze referral patterns and prioritize opportunities.
  • Create efficient territory zones through time management and effective planning.
  • Cultivate relationships with strategic referral sources to increase volume.
  • Identify key customer drivers and address customer needs and gaps by linking differentiated technology and service solutions.
  • Use consultative selling skills to engage new referral sources and uncover competitive takeaways based on unmet needs.
  • Complete expense reports, pipeline updates, scorecards, calendars, success plans, and prescription-related materials in a timely manner.
  • Work and communicate closely with the manager, Regional Sales Manager, operations, reimbursement team, and cross-functional partners to achieve territory and business success.

Net revenues increased 18.4% to $18.6 million, driven by an 18.6% rise in its core homecare market. Operating income surged 76.0% to a record $3.8 million, representing 20.3% of net revenues. Net income reached $3.0 million, or $0.35 per diluted share, up 58.8% year-over-year. The results marked Electromed's 14th consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
