  • Help customize and configure the platform to streamline marketing and operational workflows and processes.
  • Support the integration of other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and project management tools, to ensure seamless data flows.
  • Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and assist in implementing solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Write product and process documentation and provide training and support to platform users, ensuring they can leverage its full capabilities.
