About the Company

Siftwell Analytics

AI-driven analytics platform for health plans

Siftwell Analytics provides an AI-based analytics-as-a-service platform for community-focused health payers (Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial plans) to improve quality scores and manage costs. The platform ingests claims data, health risk assessments, call center data, and social determinants of health, and uses causal and explainable AI to produce prescriptive insights that explain why risk exists and what interventions help. It creates data twins—clusters of similar members—to forecast trajectories and tailor outreach and care management, improving resource allocation. The goal is to help health plans achieve better health outcomes, improve value-based care metrics (e.g., HEDIS/star ratings), and reduce overall costs.
