- Must be able to operate a computerized register.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Accurately handle merchandise purchases by following the Cash Handling Policy and use the Bin Labeling Procedure to determine merchandise quality and price.
- Assist with moving product to ensure efficient product flow and assist with loading and unloading containers and trucks.
- Provide customer service by greeting customers, enhancing their shopping experience, and directing complaints to management in a timely manner.
- Maintain work areas, equipment, parking lot, and facility in a clean, safe, and organized condition, and support other housekeeping duties.
- Assist with conducting auctions, tracking the board, door verification, sorting goods according to company guidelines, and setting up the sales floor.
- Assist customers with donations and issue donation receipts.
- Safeguard company property, including donated goods, and report incidents to management in a timely manner.
- Follow daily assignments and department priorities to ensure productivity.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned or directed.
- Support the 4DX process within the organization and participate actively in Development.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English communication preferred.
