Requirements
  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, including firsthand experience with the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to run and close sales conversations confidently.
  • Ability to build a pipeline independently and proactively prospect for new leads.
  • Ability to accept direct feedback and apply it in subsequent conversations.
  • Resilience after lost deals or difficult periods while maintaining consistent activity levels.
  • Ability to learn a technical product quickly and explain it clearly to customers.
  • Ability to maintain an organized pipeline and reliable customer relationship management notes.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle in the UK market, from prospecting through successful close.
  • Handle warm inbound enquiries and proactively prospect for new leads.
  • Book and run product demo calls.
  • Present Superchat's capabilities and show customers how the product addresses their specific challenges.
  • Generate new pipeline independently and identify appropriate target customers in the UK market.
  • Convince prospects to sign contracts and guide the sales cycle through close.
  • Support technical implementation so new customers have a strong start.
  • Hand customers over to the Customer Success Team after a successful close.
