Sales Excellence Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and delivery-orientedSalesExcellenceAnalystto join our commercial technology team. This role will actively support multi-country SFA rollout projects, working closely with global and local business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and stabilization of SFA solutions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum3 years of experiencein SFA, CRM, or commercial IT solutions (FMCG experience is a strong plus)
Hands-on experience supporting or deliveringrollout projectsacross multiple countries or business units
Strong understanding offield sales processes(route planning, visit execution, orders, promotions, KPIs)
Experience working with vendors and global IT teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and matrix organization
Proficiencyin English (written & verbal); local language is a plus

WHATYOU WILL DO

Actively supportSFA rollout activities
Gather, clarify, and document business requirements from local sales teams
Support configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment of SFA functionalities
Coordinate with global product teams, implementation partners, and local IT
Support data validation, master data readiness, and migration activities
Assist with user training materials, rollout communications, and go-live support
Provide post go-live support during hypercare and stabilization phases
Track issues, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
Ensure alignment with global SFA standards while addressing local market needs

Huawei and iSoftStone launch AI platform for Guangxi's industrial clusters

iSoftStone and Huawei launched a joint AI platform for industrial clusters at the Huawei China Tour 2026 Guangxi AI-Empowered New Industrialization Summit in Nanning on 17 August. The Beijing-based IT services company said the platform provides AI support for digital transformation across Guangxi's industrial clusters. The initiative initially targets five sectors: metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, automobile manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, and new materials. The platform aims to accelerate industrial digitalisation in the region through artificial intelligence capabilities.
