Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional work experience in product/av operations, management consulting, rideshare, mobility sectors
  • 2+ years of experience of management experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to travel 80%+ of the time
  • Ability to handle dynamic assignments, including flexible schedules

Responsibilities
  • Travel 80%+ to new locations around the US and coordinate team movements and execution to support Engineering and New Market Expansion priorities
  • Establish and drive the highest standards for Supervised/R&D operations while deployed to ensure everyone is operating safely
  • Lead day/swing/night operations and personnel at facilities in emerging markets to provide critical mileage accumulation and discrete test data to Engineering
  • Lead a team of AV Test Operators and Specialists (Contingent Workforce) along with AV Operations Coordinators (FTE) to complete priority Ops missions for Engineering
  • Coordinate with Driverless/Commercial Operations and Service to co-manage fleet movements, charging and maintenance to ensure vehicle availability and readiness
  • Serve as a key partner in hiring, managing, developing, reviewing and terminating personnel
  • Provide key feedback and updates to counterparts and leadership as needed on key issues and information
