About the job

Requirements
  • Have extensive experience in product marketing within high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, or vertical software companies, including having established the product marketing function from zero at least once.
  • Have personally written a launch, produced a battlecard, participated in a customer interview, and shipped a case study rather than only managing people who did the work.
  • Have experience writing for multiple buyer types within one company and tailoring messaging to different audiences such as CFOs and operators.
  • Have a point of view on claim discipline and experience verifying marketing claims against product capabilities before publication.
  • Think in metrics, funnels, and dashboards, and have made the case that messaging is a leading indicator of revenue.
  • Be able to explain complex AI, financial, or operational concepts in accessible language without losing substance relevant to CFOs and CMOs.
  • Demonstrate ownership, customer focus, efficient execution, and disciplined delivery.
  • Be comfortable with the player-coach responsibilities of an early function for the first 12–18 months.
  • Have a strong interest in category-defining work.
Responsibilities
  • Establish the product marketing function end-to-end by selecting its operating model, defining positioning architecture, building the messaging system, and personally delivering major launches before scaling a team.
  • Own positioning across all modules and served functions, including finance, operations, marketing, and analytics, and establish persona-by-function messaging across email campaigns, landing pages, in-product content, decks, and other surfaces.
  • Use AI workflows, including Claude, to scale tasks, analyze PostHog activation data, parse customer call transcripts and support tickets, and refine positioning and messaging based on data.
  • Verify external claims, dashboard screenshots, customer outcome figures, and product claims with Engineering before publication.
  • Own launch strategy and execution for each new product, agent, and workflow.
  • Own content and thought leadership, including case studies, customer stories, executive points of view, whitepapers, launch content, and industry insights; turn customer outcomes into shareable proof supporting future sales.
  • Own sales enablement and competitive intelligence, including battlecards, objection handling, persona guides, competitive positioning, and sales narratives.
  • Support conference strategy, customer engagement, executive visibility, and post-event follow-through across the restaurant and hospitality ecosystem.
  • Partner with founders on executive messaging, fundraising decks, board content, and the company's public point of view.
Desired Qualifications
  • Have senior product marketing experience at a vertical SaaS company serving restaurant operators or general managers, with understanding of how marketing to operators differs from marketing to horizontal software buyers.
  • Have shaped and tested a category-creating narrative where the category did not previously exist.
  • Have marketed AI to non-AI audiences and understand that terms such as agents, retrieval-augmented generation, and fine-tuning may not resonate with restaurant back-office audiences.
  • Have been a founder or founding marketer at a company that reached scale and built its narrative architecture from before the first deal through the first hundred deals.
  • Have completed a highly selective program such as IIT, IIM, BITS, or an Ivy League university, or succeeded in highly competitive hiring processes in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital/private equity, big tech, or leading consumer packaged goods brands.
  • Have proficiency with Salesforce, Notion, a modern content management system, PostHog, segmentation tooling, and AI-assisted writing and research workflows.

About the company

Loop AI offers a subscription-based back-office platform for multi-location restaurants to manage third-party delivery finances. The platform automates reconciliation of orders from DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub, breaking each order into line items such as commissions, marketing, taxes, and chargebacks, and automates bookkeeping with a real-time sales dashboard and chargeback tools. It uses AI to scan customer feedback to identify operational issues, helping managers address problems like order inaccuracies. Its goal is to reduce accounting time, improve margins, and recover revenue by making delivery-driven finances transparent and easier to manage.

What believers are saying

  • Loop raised $14 million Series A from Nyca Partners in February 2026.
  • It claims more than 300 brands and thousands of locations by February 2026.
  • Lazy Dog and Starbird cited roughly 10% growth using Loop workflows.

What critics are saying

  • Restaurant365 and Restroworks already cover accounting, operations, and POS integration.
  • DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub can change APIs, breaking Loop’s automation.
  • If margin savings disappoint, chains will revert to in-house accounting and spreadsheets.

What makes Loop AI unique

  • Agentic back-office workflows replace spreadsheets for restaurant delivery finance and operations.
  • Live in hours, not weeks, reducing implementation drag for multi-unit operators.
  • Founders previously ran a delivery-only restaurant, giving them operator credibility.
